Another -2 pounds!

Not bad for having 2 days where I really went over my points for the day. Thank God for those 35 extra points per week!

This isn't a hard program. I chose to go with the Flex plan because I know that portion control has always been an issue. Having to measure what I'm eating makes a big difference. I'm getting used to writing down what I eat. It's not such an issue this time. I carry my little 3 month journal, the slide card for finding points and my food companion everywhere!
